David Field qualified as a solicitor in 1994
and as a Chartered Secretary in 1999.
After practicing as a litigation
solicitor, David commenced his career as a company
secretary with Baldwins Industrial Services PLC
in 2000, a quoted company in the construction
sector.
In 2003, David joined the investment
trust company secretarial team at Jupiter Asset
Management Limited.
Since 2006, David has been Group
Company Secretary at Besso supporting the Holding
Company and Regulated boards and helping manage
the Group's various corporate and legal affairs.
