Summary

Course of construction insurance (also called builder’s risk) is a type of property insurance that provides protection for buildings that are under construction.

Scope

Policies typically cover the value of the building that is being built, up to the point it is ready for occupancy or already occupied, and usually include the value of the materials used on the building site as well as the materials which are in transit. Key elements include vandalism, theft, hail, lightning, storms and accidental fires. Policies can also provide limited cover for structural collapses during construction. All-risk policies are also available.

Our mission is to give every employee the power to participate and prosper in this challenge by creating a highly motivated work environment which supports personal and professional growth...
